1. What we are

ShoppingAssist provides general shopping guidance: explaining tracking statuses, walking through return and refund steps, helping you word claim messages, and planning escalations you send yourself. Our two on-site tools (Refund Calculator, Claim Letter Builder) are free, require no account, and run in your browser.

2. What we are not

• We are not the seller, carrier, or bank. We cannot force a refund, reroute a parcel ourselves, or unlock an account from our side.
• We do not take over your store, bank, or email accounts, and we will never ask for your passwords, full card numbers, or one-time codes.
• Guidance is general information, not legal, financial, or professional advice. For chargebacks and disputes, your bank's and card network's rules control.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• give accurate details about the order when asking for help;
• use claim letters honestly and only for genuine issues;
• not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or misrepresent yourself as us;
• not use our name or logo to imply endorsement by any brand.

4. Calls and availability

Our helpline at (888) 882-5124 aims to answer 24/7, including weekends and US holidays, but occasional outages can occur. Calling is free from most US phones (carrier charges, if any, are set by your carrier). If we ever offer an optional paid service in the future, we will explain the price and get your agreement before anything is charged. There are no surprise charges.

5. Intellectual property

This site's text, layout, logo, and tools belong to ShoppingAssist or its licensors. You may use the free tools and share our claim letters for your own genuine order issues. You may not copy the site wholesale, resell it, or remove our independence and non-affiliation notices.

6. Disclaimers

The site and guidance are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tracking results depend on public carrier pages, refund windows are estimates based on typical bank timelines, and claim letters are templates you adapt. Outcomes depend on third parties we do not control.

7. Liability limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ShoppingAssist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or guidance, including delayed refunds or deliveries decided by third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific help involved, or $50 if you paid nothing.
