1. What we collect
We collect as little as possible:
- When you call us at (888) 882-5124: the order details you choose to share (such as order number, store name, tracking number, and what went wrong) so a specialist can help. We do not ask for full card numbers, bank logins, or store passwords, and you should never share them.
- Basic technical data: standard web-server logs (such as pages requested and approximate device type) used only for security and reliability. This site has no accounts, no sign-ups, and no comment forms.
- Ad measurement: Google Ads tag (ID AW-16799190588) loads on every page for visit measurement. Tapping a call link also sends a Contact conversion event (AW-16799190588/1bXfCJjJ9I0dELycvco-) to Google so ad clicks can be attributed to calls. Google processes that event data under Google's privacy policy.
The Refund Calculator and Claim Letter Builder run 100% client-side. Dates, names, and order details you type into those tools are processed in your own browser and are never sent to us, stored on our servers, or sold. Closing the page clears them.
3. How we use information
Anything you share on a call is used only to:
- understand the order problem and explain your options;
- help draft claims, returns, or escalation steps with you;
- improve how we explain common shopping issues.
We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never share your details with a store, carrier, or third party except at your direction on a call (for example, when you ask us to help word a message you send yourself).
- We never file claims inside your store account for you. You always stay in control of your own accounts.
5. Retention
Because the website itself stores nothing you type, there is nothing to retain from the tools. If you call us, we keep only what is needed to handle your request and for basic record-keeping, then delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your choices and rights
You may:
- use all free tools without giving us anything;
- decline to share any detail on a call and still get general guidance;
- ask what we hold about you from a call and ask us to delete it, by calling (888) 882-5124.
Depending on your US state, you may have additional privacy rights. We honor applicable requests regardless of state.
7. Children
This site is for adults handling online orders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child shared information with us, call us and we will delete it.
