1. Our services are free to use

The Refund Calculator and Claim Letter Builder on this site are free with no account and no fees. Calling (888) 882-5124 for general shopping guidance carries no surprise charges: we explain what we will do before we do it. If we ever offer an optional paid service in the future, the price will be stated clearly and charged only with your prior agreement.

2. Store refunds we help you chase

When a store owes you money (missing parcel, return accepted, double charge), the refund itself moves from the store through the payment network to you. We help you:

• confirm whether the store actually issued the refund and on what date;
• check which card, bank account, wallet, or store credit it went to;
• word the follow-up or escalation message and plan the next step.

We cannot pull money from a store or push money into your account from our side.

3. Typical timelines

• Credit or debit cards: 5 to 10 business days after issue;
• Bank transfer (ACH): 3 to 5 business days;
• PayPal or digital wallets: 3 to 5 business days to the wallet, plus 1 to 3 days for a bank withdrawal;
• Gift cards or store credit: 1 to 3 business days.

4. If a refund is stuck

If the window has passed with no money:

• confirm the issue date and destination account in writing with the store;
• keep every confirmation number and screenshot;
• call us at (888) 882-5124 and we will help you escalate in order: the store's formal dispute channel, then your payment provider.

Expired or replaced cards, closed accounts, and name mismatches are the most common stalls. Banks usually reroute or hold the funds until you claim them.
